Marco Steenwinkel

Marco is a patient team player who is up for a joke. He has a lot of experience in the financial and economic field. He started as a chief assistant at Delloite where he gained eight years of experience. He then started working at CMG as a Customer Account Supervisor. After two years, Marco founded his own accountancy firm, called MPSAccountancy. Here he gained a lot of experience in entrepreneurship and the growth of a company. After this, Marco started teaching at The Hague University of Applied Sciences Accounting & Financial Management. He taught in business administration, business economics, financing, cost accounting, treasury management, external reporting and tax law. He enjoyed teaching at the university for ten years, after which he decided it was time for a new challenge. He founded the company Pharosfin, which deals with the many financial facets of an organization, ranging from the complete set-up and implementation of the administrative organization, through business economics studies to the processing of the financial administration and payroll administration. He also wrote the well-reviewed book “Bookkeeping for Dummies” during this period. At DVB Consulting, Marco distinguishes himself from his colleagues through his broad financial background. He can therefore be deployed specifically in this area, for example as a financial interim manager. Marco really enjoys his job when the team he works with runs smoothly and smoothly, allowing them to successfully complete assignments as quickly as possible. Marco spends his free time cooking, reading, long-distance walks and golfing.
